Wtoo Soleil 18119 Smocked unclassified dresses

This Wtoo by Watters gown was just purchased (2019) and never worn. I purchased a gown in a different size and was unable to return this dress.  The A-Line lace gown has a chapel length train with a flattering silhouette.  Adding to the gown is a champagne colored ribbon belt (unattached) that is embellished with beads, pearls, and rhinestones. The gown is a soft ivory color.  The current length is for individual of 5'6" height wearing 2.5" heels.
