This is an unaltered sample (never worn for an event) dress made of matte crepe, lined with satin in natural color. It has a cowl neckline, open back, and a long train. The back has 3 buttons that hook and a zipper. It is form fitting with a fit and flare style.
The dress is described as "effortlessly romantic, slinky and striking." (See the link for designer's description and detail below). The satin lining makes the dress super comfortable, especially since there is no need to wear a bra with it due to the open back style.
Sizing: I am a size 0, so the dress is a couple sizes too big for me. I bought the dress thinking it would be a simple alteration, but I just can't get the alterations finished in time for my July wedding, so I'm wearing a different dress.
Details: This dress is in great condition (never been worn!). I bought it as a sample dress, and there is one tiny smudge that looks to be faded make-up toward the front midsection of the dress. I didn't notice it until I was inspecting the dress when I brought it home.
