New and unaltered. It was a sample gown. Size 14. Can be altered to go up or down 2-3 inches. Only worn once to try on. Zipper, clasps, and buttons are in perfect condition. Modesty patch was used during trial (you can see the clips holding it) because we didn't want to zip the dress all the way. Ivory, tulle, illusion neckline halter and lace back.
