Theia Marissa Halter unclassified dresses

I purchased this gown on this site earlier in the year from another bride who purchased it as a sample. She ended up finding another dress and now I find myself in the same situation! This dress is beautiful and classically elegant! It is currently retailing new at BHLDN for $1695.00. I purchased it from the other bride for $600.00 and I am now asking $350.00. There are some snags in the fabric on the bodice (see photos). They are noticeable up close and a talented seamtress may be able to work them back or massage the fabric to make them even less noticeable. There is also one small stain on the bottom of the skirt at the front. The price I am asking is reflective of the condition and taking in to consideration that the dress does need to be professionally cleaned.
