This is a timeless, simple, yet elegant wedding dress. This dress is 100% silk and was $3,000 new. Silk is one of the most traditional and expensive fabrics, silk is not only timeless but versatile. There is no lace or frilliness to this dress. It has been worn once, was professionally cleaned and hermetically sealed. There is no size on the label, but I was approximately 5' 4.5" 125 pounds when I wore the dress and it fit me perfectly - it was never altered. I think it would be about a size 4 by today's sizing standards. The mannequin is a little too big for me to zip it. The dress is in great condition.
Cynthia L Carhan was the designer. She designed and produced a line of couture bridal gowns which were carried in bridal shops across the US and in Canada.
The gloves are included with the dress. Use your imagination - you could also alter this dress and make it your own style.
