I am a 32D and it fits great in my chest. The length is basically perfect and I never had it hemmed. I wore a pair of Swedish Hasbeen clogs which are about 2 inches. I did have it taken in and the straps were shortened a bit. It has never been dry cleaned and I am selling as-is.
